How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are charged per order and regardless of the order value. The shipping costs are 7.90 euros and are displayed and calculated in the shopping cart.
Which parcel service delivers my order?
We ship all orders with DHL. Shipping with another parcel delivery company is not possible.
Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation?
An order to a DHL Packstation is possible unless the order also includes plants. Depending on the plant, the package is too large for the packing stations.
Is express delivery possible?
Unfortunately, express delivery is currently not possible.
Can I change my delivery address after completing the order?
No! To ensure fast delivery, it is not possible to change the delivery address as the order is shipped immediately.
Can I also order outside of Germany?
Delivery is currently only possible within Germany (except German islands). We are working on also enabling orders to the German islands and within Europe.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time for normal parcel shipments is approx. 2-3 working days within Germany. If your order includes an AIRY system and plants, these orders will be shipped in different packages. This means that the packages may arrive at different times because they are separated by DHL during shipping.

After your order you will receive a DHL tracking number. You can enter this here to see where your package is currently located.
Can I also pick up my order directly from you?
Our items are located at our logistics partner and unfortunately it is not possible to collect the order directly there!
