It's done: In the first week of August, we completely relocated our production. This laid the foundation for our further growth. ✅

The route took us from Hiddenhausen (NRW) to Bad Iburg (Lower Saxony), just 42 kilometers away. AIRY remains 100% made in Germany. This morning the last injection molding tools arrived at our new production partner Trentmann GmbH & Co.KG arrived.

The relocation of production was a difficult undertaking. And that in the literal sense. The tool sets for our three biofilters (AIRY S, M and L) weigh over 30 tons in total. The mold for our largest component alone, the outer skin of the AIRY L, is made of an impressive 4,900 kilograms of stainless steel. That's the weight of five elephants! 🐘 It is used on a machine that works with a closing force of 650 tons. Fascinating numbers, aren't they? And all of that so that our AIRY L can then supply rooms of up to 30 square meters with fresh air around the clock. 🌱 💪

The tool on the front right alone weighs almost 5 tons.

Clearly visible: The shape of the inner basket for our AIRY M.
