We ship our plants in the best gardening quality from one of the leading nurseries in Germany. The plants are carefully selected based on shipping readiness and the right size and undergo a visual inspection before shipping.
If your plant nevertheless arrives damaged due to shipping or shows other defects, please take photos documenting the problem and contact our customer service immediately (info@airy.green).
Plants are living beings and react to changes in their environment; for example, they may let their leaves droop for a while. It may therefore take a few days or weeks after shipping for your plant to get used to its new home.
For this reason, we grant you a 30-day plant trial period.
This means specifically:
In principle, plants are excluded from exchange and return. This corresponds to our contractual regulation according to AIRY’s terms and conditions, according to which living plants are excluded from return for production and hygiene reasons.
As a gesture of goodwill, however, we offer you an exceptional trial opportunity for plants purchased together with an AIRY system within the product category “AIRYs with plant.” This trial period applies exclusively to plants bought in this fixed system combination—not for single plants or plants ordered separately without an AIRY system.
Conditions of the 30-day trial period
- Duration: The trial period is 30 days from the time the goods arrive with you.
- Return shipment: If you wish to return the plant within the trial period, it must be sent back in a condition and packaging that ensures the plant arrives with us intact, healthy, and without transport damage.
- Costs: You bear the return costs. This includes both the shipping to us and suitable (plant-friendly) packaging.
- Exclusion: This trial period applies only to plants purchased together with an AIRY system in a bundle. For other plant purchases or single plants, the general exclusion of return and exchange according to our terms and conditions applies explicitly.
With this regulation, we want to give you the opportunity to get to know your plant in your home without automatically granting a right of return for all plants. Your agreement to AIRY’s terms and conditions upon completing the order includes this exception and the stated conditions.
If the plant appears to be damaged due to improper handling, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please note that after the 30-day period has expired, we can no longer provide a refund for the plant.
