Why we started a referral program
Houseplants with functional, air-purifying design, a healthier indoor climate, and conscious interaction with our environment – that is the core of AIRY. Many of our customers already come to us through personal recommendations.
With the new program, we want to reward exactly that:
People who have had good experiences with AIRY and share them – whether among friends, at the office, or in the family.
How “Customers refer customers” works
Participation is simple and completely digital. Here’s how it works step by step:
1. Register and receive referral link
Visit our referral page at
https://airy.itelly.de/
There you enter your email address and receive your personal referral link. Through this link, we can later track which orders are based on your referral.
2. Forward the link to your contacts
You can share this link very flexibly, e.g., via:
- WhatsApp or other messengers
- Social media
- or classic: simply ask personally to order via your link
Important:
Your contacts do not have to be existing AIRY customers. Interested parties can also place their first order at AIRY via your link – and you will receive a bonus for it.
3. Order in the online shop
Your friend, buddy, or colleague clicks on your referral link and orders from the AIRY online shop.
As soon as the order reaches us and the order value is at least €30, your referral is considered successful.
4. Receive bonus
As a thank you, you will receive 10% of the order value as a credit –
namely up to a maximum of €20 per successful referral.
The bonus will be paid to your bank account no later than 40 days after the purchase contract is confirmed.
How much exactly is the reward?
The phrase “up to 20 €” means:
You receive 10% of the order value of your recommendation, limited to a maximum reward of 20 € per order.
A few examples:
- Order value 40 € → Reward: 4 €
- Order value 80 € → Reward: 8 €
- Order value 250 € → theoretically 25 €, but capped at 20 € (Maximum)
The more people you convince about AIRY, the more rewards you can earn.
Frequently asked questions about the program
Do I have to be an AIRY customer myself to recommend?
No.
You can also recommend us if you “just” find AIRY interesting, follow us, or already know us but haven’t ordered yet. What matters is that an order is placed through your personal referral link.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes, you can share your link with as many people as you want.
For each successful recommendation (with a valid order), you will receive your reward – up to 20 € each time.
Can I see the status of my recommendation?
Yes.
By registering via email on the referral page, you can track the status of your recommendation(s). This way, you can see when a recommendation was successful and when your reward is due.
When will I receive my reward?
You will receive your reward no later than 40 days after the purchase contract between AIRY Green Solutions GmbH and the person you referred is confirmed. The payment will be conveniently made to your bank account.
