One secret of the AIRY system lies in three treasures that help you breathe healthier: ZEOLITE, LAVA and PUMSE!
Pumice and lava are mined in the Volcanic Eifel. Pumice and lava have a low C02 footprint, which is more than 90% lower than that of expanded materials (expanded clay, expanded shale).
Zeolite comes from Slovakia - the mining area closest to us! - and is also mined there in open-cast mines.
The working conditions are fair, safe and also sustainable for nature through reforestation.
Our smart substrate is a 100% natural biofilter and absolutely non-toxic.
On the contrary: pollutants are bound and then metabolized by your plant!
Our power substrate significantly expands the effectiveness of the AIRY:
- The fine-pored stones promote root aeration due to their coarse grain.
- It absorbs water extremely well, which is gradually released to the plant roots.

Thanks to the air supply, odors and pollutants become trapped in the fine-pored structure.

The capillary effect ensures the continuous absorption and residue-free release of pollutants from the substrate to the roots.
- The rock does not clog: unlike industrial filters or activated carbon filters, the substrate does not need to be replaced.
THE SUBSTRATE IS PERMANENTLY CLEANED BY THE PLANT IN THE AIRY!
