AIRY in the yearbook 2019 of NASA

NASA had already researched the air-purifying effect of plants in the 1980s. One finding: The plant leaves collect pollutants, but the real work is done by the roots.

Then in 2018, the call from Houston: NASA congratulates the AIRY team on the successful product implementation based on the research results from 1989.
