Birch fig Ficus Exotica

The birch fig 'Exotica' (Ficus benjamina) is a popular houseplant and comes from Southeast Asia. The optimal location should be around 15 to 25 °C all year round and provide sufficient light. The birch fig feels most comfortable in relatively high humidity (e.g. bathroom and kitchen). It prefers sunny to semi-shady conditions, but should not be exposed to blazing sun as direct sunlight can quickly cause leaf burns.
